High Voltage Power Supply for Image Intensifier

NK5761HD-P4/P7 high voltage power supply is designed for the replacement of Toshiba VP33312 VP33314 high voltage power supply. 

Its shape, input and output characters are the same with the original, which can completely replace the original. 

It has much more stability and reliability than the original. The power supply includes main power supply plate (installed at the image intensifier inside) and adjustment plate two parts.

It must pay attention as follows before installation!

1.It must ensure the x-ray image intensifier tube is normal working, without the tube discharge, electricity leakage, air admission, and the input screen damage phenomenon.

2.It had better use alcohol to clean the image intensifier high voltage cable connection terminal and dry it in the air. If the high voltage cable connection terminal is not clear, it may cause the discharge after insert into the high voltage power supply and cause the high voltage power supply damage.

3.It must ensure the image intensifier high voltage cable connection terminal insert into the bottom of the HV and fix the high voltage cable. Because if the high voltage cable is loosen, it will cause spark phenomenon and make the high voltage power supply damage.

4.When finish the above steps, but the HV of high voltage power supply still have little discharge phenomenon. It needs to disconnect the power and then pull out the high voltage cable and lay on some silicone grease, and then connect it again. The discharge phenomenon will disappear.

5.It must under dry air environment to install.

(1)  Open image intensifier and remove the the main power supply plate connection wires, then use the new main power supply plate to replace the bad one, and fix it according to the original installation method.

(2)  Insert the image intensifier HV cable into the high voltage power supply HV terminal. It must insert the HV cable to the bottom!

(3)  Insert the image intensifier G2 wire into the high voltage power supply G2 terminal.

(4)  Connect the adjustment plate PV with G1.

(5)  Connect the PV grounding terminal with the main power supply plate grounding.

(6)  Connect the image intensifier cathod E with the PC. Connect the image intensifier grounding wire with the main power supply plate grounding.

(7)  Connect DC24V power supply, the red wire is +24V, the black wire is -24V.

Attention: P1 controls Center Focusing; P2 Control Edge Focusing

After make correct connection, if the image not clear, first make adjustment of P1 potentiometer (center focusing) until the image become to clear, then make fine adjustment of P2 potentiometer (edge focusing) till the image become most clear.

(1) Just tell us your original image intensifier brand and model, it had better to send us the pictures of the old or bad high voltage power supply label, it is necessary for us to judge the replacement one type.
